All NNIU garments are made to order, meaning production begins after your order has been placed. This allows us to produce intentionally and reduce unnecessary waste.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. While many orders may ship sooner, production timelines can vary depending on order volume, garment complexity, and fabric availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping times after dispatch will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.
Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. NNIU is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
