At NNIU, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This gives you enough time to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and the order can no longer be canceled.
