Are NNIU pieces made-to-order?
Yes. Each NNIU garment is made-to-order rather than produced in bulk and held in inventory. This approach allows us to be more intentional with production, materials, construction, and fit while minimizing unnecessary production.
How long does my order take to ship?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your garment to be made and prepared for shipment. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
When does production begin?
Production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed. Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we are unable to begin production before an order is confirmed.
Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once your garment has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Because NNIU garments are made-to-order, orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Will my entire order ship together?
Whenever possible, items from the same order will ship together. However, if your order contains pieces with different production timelines, your items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
FIT & SIZING
How do I know which NNIU size to order?
Begin by taking your bust, waist, and hip measurements and comparing them with our Size Guide. Because NNIU designs are intended to complement feminine, curvier proportions, we recommend paying particular attention to the measurements specified for each garment.
If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the individual product's fit notes before ordering. When in doubt, contact us and we will be happy to help you determine the best size.
What if my measurements fall between two sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider the intended fit of the garment and the measurements provided on the product page. For fitted styles, we generally recommend selecting the size that accommodates your largest relevant measurement.

Are NNIU pieces designed for curvier proportions?
Yes. NNIU was created with the curvier professional woman in mind. Our silhouettes are designed to complement the natural shape of the body while maintaining the structure, polish, and sophistication expected of refined workwear.
Rather than asking the wearer to conform to the garment, our approach considers the proportions of the woman wearing it.
Do you offer custom measurements or alterations?
At the time, we do not.
What if my measurements change after I place my order?
Because NNIU garments are made specifically for each order, please contact us immediately if your measurements change after placing your order.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your order to a different size based on our size guide. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.
We strongly encourage you to review the Return Policy before making a purchase that you are unsure of.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Because NNIU is a small shop, exchanges depend on fabric availability.
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or an issue caused by an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

What fabrics does NNIU use?
NNIU prioritizes natural, thoughtfully selected fabrics, including materials such as wool and silk. Fabric composition varies by garment and is listed on each individual product page.
We select fabrics with consideration for their hand, structure, drape, durability, and ability to support the refined silhouettes central to NNIU.
How should I care for my NNIU garments?
Care instructions vary by garment and fabric. Always follow the care instructions provided with your piece.
As a general rule, NNIU garments should be handled with care and stored properly between wears. Avoid washing or treating a garment in a manner that is not specified on its care label.
Why are some NNIU garments dry-clean only?
Certain NNIU garments are constructed from delicate or structured natural fabrics that require professional care to preserve their shape, finish, color, and overall integrity.
Dry cleaning is recommended for applicable garments to help maintain the quality and intended appearance of the piece over time.
Will the fabric or color vary slightly from what I see online?
Yes. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to differences in fabric batches, natural fibers, lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
These subtle variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of working with natural materials.
